These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VA Cube EateryVza website, mobile application, QR ordering system, and any related services (together, “this website”). By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

This website is operated by VA Cube EateryVza. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean VA Cube EateryVza. Please speak to a member of our team at the venue.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders or creating an account.
• Use this website only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to this website.
• Not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from this website.

• All orders placed through this website are subject to availability and acceptance by us.
• Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where there is a pricing error.
• Pay online by card when you order, or pay at the venue by card or cash.
• Online payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

We provide allergen and dietary information in good faith based on the ingredients used. However, our kitchen handles common allergens and cross-contamination may occur. If you have a severe allergy, please inform a member of staff before ordering. Allergen information is advisory and does not constitute a guarantee.

• Delivery is subject to availability within our delivery area.
• Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.
• A minimum order value and/or delivery fee may apply.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and being available to receive the order.

• Booking a table is free. We do not take card details for a table booking.
• Game bookings are paid in full by card when you book.

Private hire bookings are covered by the Terms & Conditions of Hire on your booking link.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
