Refunds & Cancellations

If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or below the standard you expected, please tell us within 30 minutes of receiving it (dine-in or takeaway) or 60 minutes of delivery. We will remake the item, offer a credit, or refund the amount paid, whichever you prefer.

Refunds for card payments are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days. Cash refunds are issued in person.

Dine-in and takeaway: Once an order has been sent to the kitchen we cannot cancel it. If you change your mind before the kitchen has started, ring the venue and we will do our best to stop the ticket.

Delivery: Orders can be cancelled free of charge until a driver is assigned. After dispatch we are unable to cancel, but we can still address quality issues on arrival under the order-refund policy above.

Standard table reservations can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 2 hours before the booking.

Private hire is covered by the Terms & Conditions of Hire on your booking link. They set out the booking fee, deposit, balance and cancellation charges.

Game bookings are for a specific date and time, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply. If you can't make it, contact us before your booking and we'll try to move it.

If you buy a gift card online, you can cancel it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it has not been used. Gift cards expire 12 months after purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Competition entry fees can be refunded up to 24 hours before the first match.
